Block your 9am-12pm on November 4th! SORAC would like to invite you to come check out the SORAC Off-Road Test Courses behind Tipton Ford in Nacogdoches. These courses were created to educate people, in a controlled environment, how to use all the aspects of their 4WD/AWD vehicles. Whether you have a stock vehicle or a built 4WD, there is something here for everybody including hill climbs, off-camber crossings, culvert crawls and a rock garden. Spotters will be available for any first-timers, so please let us help show you what you and your vehicles are capable of. Anyone is welcome to come to watch but if they want to drive the course, they will have to sign up for membership to the club. This is a come-and-go event.
This morning will also showcase different items of recovery gear and what pieces are must-haves and what pieces are nice to have. We will have future events that actually involve showing how the recovery gear works.
