Just had some ideas and felt like getting some input on them before getting them approved by the board. This is just Nick's wishful thinking!

But if you feel drawn to discuss any of these opportunities, throw in a comment and we can have a discussion!

1. E.Y.O.B. Davy Crockett National Forest - 4Cs Mill Exploration
- This will include another extensively researched campfire story-time! :D
2. E.Y.O.B. Sabine National Forest - Indian Mounds/Thru-Hike Trail Between The Lakes
- This will include another extensively researched campfire story-time! :D
3. Texas Traverse (both legs) to camp Lake Whitney
- This trip is already fully made with fuel stops and camping along the way.
- Starting at Yellow Dog - Stopping at Alabama Creek WMA (a place I call the circle pond) - and Ending at Lake Whitney
- Taking the highway back for time reasons lol
4. BIG TRIP @ Big Bend National Park
- this would be a week long (10 days total with travel time) adventure into the Big Bend National Park and the surrounding areas. Do you like caves? Mountains? Old history? Well then this trip would be for you!
- We're considering this one for the fall!
5. ETX 450 (round trip)
- I know several folks who have done this trail and say its awesome to cruise and enjoy some National Forest Camping
6. Texas Avid Outdoors - Outdoor Expo in Llano, Texas.
- It's an expo... I am not necessarily too excited about these, but they often times offer education, discounts on gear, and raffles that make them worth it!
7. Old School Navigation/Primitive Camping through the Ouachita Mountains of Arkansas.
- This one could be just immensely fun and challenging at the same time.
- I have received multiple old school maps of the mountains from an off road enthusiast who can no longer overland because of his health. But he and his brothers used these maps back in the day to explore, camp, and hunt in the these very mountains!
8. Barnwell Mountain
- A great way to get a feel for your rig's capabilities.
9. P.I.N.S. (Padre Island National Seashore) - OR - Matagorda
- BEAUTIFUL spots with AMAZING camping and recreation opportunities.
10. Any Suggestions??

I am always down for a big bend trip! But my overtime at work is out of control right now, with no end in sight. So I couldn’t even begin to plan trips😞

They all sound good to me, will try to make at least 2 or 3 of them. Big Bend would be a real adventure. Arkansas also sounds amazing, been there several times. When you get the dates set let me know. thanks

I'll keep you updated! I still have to talk to the rest of the board about these, but I think they're solid trips!
